Job Description

In this project, you will work with one of the key players in banking globally, as part of a multicultural team spanning over 50 countries. You will contribute to developing solutions in investments, business solutions, or commercial/personal services areas.

Main Activities
  1. Manage IT contracts from inception to completion;
  2. Understand key contract elements and incorporate them into contract drafting;
  3. Coordinate the renewal of SLA/OLA with other entities;
  4. Draft contracts and SLAs, and maintain related internal and external references;
  5. Support continuous improvement processes;
  6. Draft awareness materials;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in IT;
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management;
  • ITIL Certification;
  • Fluent in English;
