About Goldenergy

We are a company that is dedicated to the new energy sector, specifically focused on solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and electric vehicle (EV) chargers. Our team is seeking an experienced Solar PV & EV Charging Installation Manager to join our New Energy department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of solar PV and EV charger systems, ensuring all projects meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including the evaluation of performance and KPIs during regular meetings.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, providing technical guidance and overseeing their work.
  • Oversight of warranty management, coordinating with partners for local assistance and repairs as necessary.
  • Perform detailed audits and site visits to assess installation requirements and project viability.
  • Conduct advanced technical training sessions for the Customer Support and Sales teams.
  • Regular onsite visits to evaluate installation quality and compliance with security policies.

Your Profile:

  • A strong command of the English language, either at a native level or C1 proficiency.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, installing, or managing solar PV systems or EV chargers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance and quality standards related to solar PV and EV charger installations.
  • Experience leading people.
