Job Title: Dutch-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content posted on social media platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (images, videos, text) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
  • Identify and escalate issues, including inappropriate content, hate speech, or threats.
  • Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and user experience.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain a positive online environment.
  • Utilize internal tools and systems to manage content efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Good level of English for communication with international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
  • Interest in social media platforms and understanding of internet culture.
  • Ability to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays, as required).
  • EU passport/ID or a valid Portuguese resident card.
