The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join our Commercial Insights team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, providing data-backed insights to drive commercial success. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering HCP primary market research (PMR) and insights to brand teams, guiding others through complex processes in daily execution of PMR, and developing the long-term insight generation plan to support marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement primary market research projects, understanding the needs of research sponsors and contributing to building the insight generation plan required to meet those needs
- Support key annual activities, including Executive Reviews, Brand Planning, Budgeting, and provide objective insights
- Generate and communicate key insights from data, understanding stakeholder requirements and business needs
- Translate primary market research findings into practical insights and influence team decision-making
- Act as an internal consultant to various teams, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharma/Biotech market research, data analytics, or consulting. You must possess fluency in English, both written and oral, and strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. Prior experience in primary market research and project management is preferred, along with market understanding in one of Amgen's business areas.
