About the Role:

The Financial Analyst - Cost Control Specialist will support our Planning & Control team in preparing and analyzing financial reports to execute our company's strategic plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing monthly Totex reports and explaining variances vs. the previous month and approved budget;
  • Monitoring and controlling SG&A expenses, producing monthly reports, and liaising with teams as needed;
  • Performing in-depth analysis of actual financial performance to provide feedback to Management, establish value drivers, and explain discrepancies from target performance;
  • Ensuring the quality of data in our reporting tool;
  • Participating in developing and implementing process improvements related to financial reporting;
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes;
  • Preparing presentations for Executive Team and Senior Management;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
  • Up to 4 years' experience in Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must;
  • Experience in cost control preferred;
  • Experience in SAP and/or Power BI is a plus;
  • Excellent analytical and data-handling skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to be self-motivated;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of an interdependent team.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
