Job Title:
DevOps Team Lead - Infrastructure Expert

About the Role:
TeamViewer GmbH is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Team Lead to join our team. As a DevOps Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of DevOps Engineers and driving continuous improvement in our infrastructure and deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on achieving common goals.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring the team's efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and reliable infrastructure.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.

Requirements:
  • A degree or education in computer science and/or solid experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
  • Leadership experience (people or technical leadership), with a track record in high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD).
