TN Portugal is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Supplier Qualification Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for qualifying suppliers of materials, services, and contracted analysis laboratories.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, supplier qualification, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for generating and updating documentation related to external audits and supplier qualification processes.
You will also generate and implement internal audit plans, as well as follow up on corrective actions generated during audits. In addition, you will handle supplier complaints, notifications, and back-up incidents and deviations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify suppliers of materials, services, and contracted analysis laboratories
- Generate and update documentation related to external audits and supplier qualification processes
- Generate and implement internal audit plans
- Follow up on corrective actions generated during audits
- Handle supplier complaints and notifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or other relevant field
- More than 2 years of experience in supplier management or quality assurance in the pharmaceutical sector
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
