Your daily responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Architecting and implementing efficient database schemas and optimizing database performance
* Implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure the security of our applications
* Conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices
* Continuously optimizing and refactoring existing codebase to improve performance and maintainability
* Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in backend development
* Developing and implementing customer relationship management and being the main point of contact

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development
* Extensive experience with backend frameworks/libraries (ASP.NET Core, ExpressJs)
* Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and/or NoSQL)
* Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
* Experience with Azure and virtualization technologies (Docker / Kubernetes)
* Experience with Unit Testing using available Testing frameworks in.NET environment
* Business Operations & Project Management: background in management and a demonstrated ability to attract and develop new projects
* Proactive attitude, critical thinker, and problem solver
* Motivated individual with the ability to think outside the box
* Good communication skills in English
