Job Description

We are seeking a PMO/ Product Manager (Financial Risk) to join our team in Lisbon. The position involves 70% PMO for all Risk Management and 30% Product Management on Financial Risk.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparation and organization of governance meetings, decks, minutes, review, and distribution of processes.
  • Budget consolidation (revenues & costs), follow-up, and updates in dedicated financial tools.
  • Ongoing routine support in creating, maintaining, and reporting data in terms of portfolio, resources, budget, applications, project templates, etc.
  • Analysis and key data points, reports, and dashboards on financial performance for relevant meetings, committees, and forums.
  • Support for timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Control and follow-up of actuals / variances / forecasts.
  • Resource allocation and TimeTracking management.
  • Procurement process – PO's & contracts creation and follow-up, invoicing management.
Requirements
  • PMO experience in projects - Governance / Finance / Procurement.
  • Analytical mind-set and details oriented, evidence collector, documentation/procedures & deadlines mind-set and good organization skills.
  • Experience in working alongside internal and external providers in an international context.
  • Working experience on 'purchase to pay' process.
