Role Overview
We are seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to provide critical data and analysis for decision-making and planning purposes. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in creating presentations that offer actionable insights, identify key areas of improvement, and effectively communicate decisions to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare group management accounts and forecasts.
- Collaborate with business unit heads to develop revenue and expense budgets.
- Analyze financial results and present key findings to senior management.
- Improve process efficiency within the FP&A department.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose recommendations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning & analysis.
- A strong understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills.
- Fluency in English (Advanced level).
