The Role

We are looking for a skilled German language content moderator to join our team in Porto. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating online content on various social media platforms, ensuring compliance with legal and copyright standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and update online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices received from end customers regarding incorrect decisions on their copyright materials.
  • Audit and verify content before sharing it for social media uploads.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products and services.
  • Safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with relevant processes and regulations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
  • Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC usage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and tolerance for repetitive tasks.
