Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and sales support with a passion for the wellness and cosmetic industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Serenity, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand standards.
  2. Manage the website, overseeing web development, design, and content updates to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional.
  3. Curate and organize product listings (descriptions, images, and pricing content updates) and optimize customer experience.
  4. Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on the Serenity Spa website.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within wellness, cosmetic, hospitality or luxury retail sector.
  3. Proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
  4. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  7. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  9. Advanced skills on Excel and PowerPoint (preferential); Teamwork player; Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines.
  10. Fluency in English.
