Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and traveller satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for our travellers, ensuring their well-being and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date on local knowledge, culture, and current affairs.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and resources to support your role.
  • Act as day-to-day guide, interpreter, and manager of the group.
  • Maintain daily expenditure accounts and keep expenses within the trip budget.
  • Provide a report for each trip and keep the Trip notes updated.
