Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer II to join our Outbound Campaigns team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable microservices for our next-generation cloud contact center platform.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of microservices, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical initiatives forward.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering.
- Design and implement complex systems at scale, leveraging your expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Work closely with the Outbound Campaigns team to build the next generation of enterprise campaigns management features.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in designing and developing distributed, scalable systems.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems at scale.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools like GitLab.
- Good knowledge of Elastic and strong experience with database design (both SQL and NoSQL).
- Good knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (GCP - Preferred).
