At Pleo, our design team creates seamless, user-friendly experiences that meet complex business needs - enhancing productivity and satisfaction for both employees and finance teams.

We're seeking a highly skilled Ecosystem Designer to join our Partnerships domain.

This role will involve leveraging design expertise to redefine how people collaborate and work today.

As part of a 40+ strong Product Design, Research, and Brand Design team, you'll report to our experienced Design Director

The role is open for Denmark, Spain and Portugal (offering both office-based and fully remote options within these countries)

The Role:

  • Collaborative Design Solutions: As our Ecosystem Designer, you'll empower external partners and internal Pleo teams to co-create innovative solutions addressing customer challenges.
  • User-Centric Process Champion: You'll apply design principles to inform commercial targets, advocate for customer-centricity, and drive usability - aligning design efforts with Pleo's business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to research complex problems in technical spaces and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Expertise in ideation, prototyping, and validation to refine design concepts
  • Ability to design intuitive interaction flows
  • Experience working with design systems and applying systems thinking
  • Capacity to balance industry best practices with innovation to create engaging solutions
  • Strong visual design capabilities
  • Effective project management skills, including defining target states and breaking down work into manageable milestones
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both within the team and externally
