This role focuses on generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) + LLMs fine tuning, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience with software engineering and AI, be able to work efficiently on high scalable and distributed projects, and have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The Technical Leader will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI based applications, working with large language models (LLMs) to create innovative applications and solutions, and conducting research to stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI.
The successful candidate will also be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers, participate in code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to peers.

About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Leader who can lead by example, inspire and empower others, and genuinely care for their own wellbeing and their colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering, and have experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, C or C++.
The Technical Leader will be responsible for designing and developing APIs to interface with various AI models and services, ensuring APIs are secure, scalable, and performant, and collaborating with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines.
