About the Role

As a Senior Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and Aethercore's policies. Your expertise in the Portuguese language will be invaluable in this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in shared services or customer experience, with strong empathy, interpersonal, and communication skills. Fluency in Portuguese (C2) and English (B2) is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and Aethercore's policies
  • Evaluate content based on age appropriateness, violence, and other factors
  • Escalate sensitive cases while maintaining professionalism
  • Participate in wellness programs and contribute to a supportive workplace environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • At least one year of experience in shared services or customer experience
  • Fluency in Portuguese (C2) and English (B2)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong empathy, interpersonal, and communication skills
Benefits

Aethercore offers an attractive salary of €60,000 per annum (14 salaries per year), plus performance bonuses. Additional benefits include:

  • Transportation to Thessaloniki
  • Taxi transfer to your hotel
  • 2-week hotel stay upon arrival
  • Assistance with hiring documentation (for candidates new to Greece)
  • Up to €350 gross for real estate agency fees to help with finding permanent accommodation
  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
  • Day shifts, no night shifts
