We are seeking a highly skilled French language customer support agent to join our team. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and fluency in both French (spoken and written) and English. If you are a motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Assist customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday.
- Early shift: 08:00 to 17:00
- Late shift: 13:00 to 22:00
- Days Off: Rotational (we strive to provide 2 consecutive days off).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service (mandatory).
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Candidates must already reside in Portugal (North to South).
- Candidates cannot have previously worked for this client in another BPO.
