A consumer engagement services advisor will be part of this dynamic environment, assisting consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services. This role involves resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features via various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Share feature requests and workarounds with relevant stakeholders
- Inform customers about new features and campaigns
- Foster long-term relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written knowledge in English
- Ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands and written channels
- Advanced spoken and written knowledge in French
- Experience as a customer support specialist or similar role
- Customer management orientation
