About the Job:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP Senior Consultant to join our team in V. N. Famalicão. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP production and logistics, with excellent customizing knowledge in SAP PP and experience with Add-ons and interfaces in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a template for Leica Camera entities within the international greenfield S4 HANA implementation project.
- Consulting and implementing SAP PP solutions with colleagues from the headquarter SAP team.
- Optimizing and redesigning end-to-end processes in SAP and connected business applications for user departments.
- Evaluating process requirements within SAP standards and driving change towards state-of-the-art process and SAP system design.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in the SAP area of production and logistics (PP module) for manufacturing companies in discrete and repetitive production.
- Excellent customizing knowledge in SAP PP (mandatory), with knowledge on S4 HANA being a plus.
- Experience with Add-ons and interfaces in manufacturing (e.g., MES systems).
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with certification being a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, with German language skills being a plus.
