Responsibilities:
  • Review Chat Bot's text-based answers flagged by users using policies & guidelines to determine if the answers are offensive or dangerous.
  • Visually review text-based content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Bulgarian with good English.
  • Content Moderator experience.
  • Great communication skills.
