Job Description:
You will utilise your construction knowledge to provide estimates and benchmarking reports to major infrastructure projects. You will apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation, including the use of business information tools. You will identify, collect and migrate data to and from a range of systems. You will manage, clean, abstract and aggregate data alongside a range of analytical studies on that data. You will manipulate and link different data sets. You will summarise and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for users. However, no two days are the same; we are a flexible team that support each other's projects as well as getting involved with wider business activities and we believe that variety is key to your development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with experience within quantity surveying or estimating. You should be comfortable working on major projects and the ambiguity that comes with this. Experience within data analytics, data modelling, data visualisation is the key skills we are looking for. Experience with data tools such as PowerBi, Tableau, Qlik etc is also required. Ideally, you should be HNC, HND or Degree qualified in Construction Management, Data Science, Engineering, IT, or similar disciplines.
