Job Description
The Global HR Operational Excellence Director will lead the HR Operational Excellence Department within the Corporate and Business Solutions Center. This role requires strategic leadership and innovative solutions to optimize Human Resources technologies, data-based decision-making, analytics, HR Payroll, and Administrative service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct various HR teams (80+ people) to deliver efficient HR business services related to employee lifecycle (hire to retire) by leveraging HR technologies and data analytics.
- Translate business needs into process improvement and technology enablement with associated change management implications.
- Drive change management efforts needed to improve operational excellence, including adoption of new systems, programs, and process changes.
