Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sap Basis Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than 4/5 years of experience in Sap Basis with expertise in system installation and configuration, patching, upgrades, and system copies (homogeneous/heterogeneous).
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex situations and activities. They will also be able to communicate basic technical information to non-technical people.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Sap systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures.
- Ensure system security and compliance with best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sap Basis issues.
- Collaborate with other Sap module teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform incident resolution and problem determination to ensure availability and stability of Sap platforms according to established service level agreements.
Requirements
- More than 4/5 years of experience in Sap Basis.
- Expertise in system installation and configuration, patching, upgrades, and system copies (homogeneous/heterogeneous).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex situations and activities.
- Ability to communicate basic technical information to non-technical people.
- Sap certified is a plus.
