What you'll do: We are seeking a highly motivated team member as SAP IT Solution Strategist (f/m/d) for SAP 's Business Systems with excellent project management skills, advanced SAP Netweaver, SAP HANA, different operating systems, and great general technical skills. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical operations of our SAP internal solutions and system landscapes, ensuring their seamless integration with cutting-edge SaaS and PaaS platforms. Your mission is to ensure our systems thrive throughout their lifecycle, with continuous improvements and high operational reliability.
The Role
In this role, you will lead the technical side of complex projects, guiding them from planning through execution, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. You will act as the trusted advisor and consultant to various teams, from line-of-business owners to infrastructure partners, helping them leverage the latest SAP technologies. You will also collaborate with all required stakeholders inside and outside of IT Services to operate SAP 's system landscapes. Drive co-innovation with SAP 's development teams to integrate the latest technologies in your landscapes. Maintain SAP Netweaver administration, SAP HANA, and other systems, as well as different operating systems. Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules of business system landscapes in alignment with the respective SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS teams and solutions. Monitor OLA and SLA compliance.
What You Bring
Expertise in project management, with hands-on experience in SAP environments. Deep knowledge of SAP Netweaver, SAP HANA, and various operating systems. A collaborative mindset, working across teams to ensure successful outcomes. Passion for leveraging the latest SAP technologies to drive business transformation. Professional education or study in Information Technology, Natural Science, or equivalent. A very good overview of the newest IT Technologies and SAP 's software solutions. Very good IT infrastructure knowledge (hardware, network, file system, monitoring, and backup tools). Advanced communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English language skills; fluency in German is a plus. 5+ years of professional working experience in a SAP Basis environment. Optional: Meet your team. Being part of the Intelligent Enterprise Solutions, the IT Solutions Management and Operations team is responsible for the End-to-End operations of SAP 's internal mission-critical services based on SAP 's own or other innovative technologies to run our global business.
