This role will involve working closely with our sales organization to provide technical support and guidance on pre-sales and sales calls.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in networking and infrastructure, including experience with routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, and network security.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers during sales calls
  • Assisting in the development of sales strategies and proposals
  • Evaluating customer requirements and identifying potential solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

We are looking for an individual with excellent technical knowledge and skills, as well as strong communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5-8 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
  • Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection, and anti-virus technologies
  • Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required; a Graduate degree is preferred.
