About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Client Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our cross-border support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to advertisers on our global platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to advertiser inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Providing guidance on campaign improvements to boost results
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Fluency in Spanish and B2-level English
  • Current residence in Portugal with an EU passport or valid residence permit
