As a Senior Associate Talent Acquisition (Iberia), you will be responsible for driving full-cycle hiring, from partnering with hiring managers to crafting recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising on the best hires.
You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers in our Affiliates in Iberia to support the teams who make sure our medicines are available in the local market. This is an exciting opportunity to gain international recruitment experience with one of the biggest biotech companies in the world.
In this role, you will also develop unique, forward-thinking recruitment strategies to strengthen Amgen's employer brand and attract top-tier talent, while using our AI-driven Candidate Relationship Management System. Additionally, you will build strong pipelines for key roles and provide diverse, high-quality candidate shortlists.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equal through experience, proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, and a proactive and innovative mentality. They will also have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, Spanish, and preferably another language.
