At Quanteam, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon. As the founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS Group, our consulting firm specializes in Banking, Finance, and Financial Services.

We operate with a dual expertise in business and IT, supporting corporate clients across the Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their activities and transformation projects.

The selected candidate will ensure coordination of internal and customer technical teams for all phases of file transfer infrastructure migration (SFTP, Pesit, etc.).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team coordination: Ensure coordination of internal and customer technical teams for all phases of file transfer infrastructure migration.
  • Project monitoring: Monitor the progress of the project, ensure the implementation of the schedule and the management of the necessary resources, while respecting deadlines.
  • Communication: Ensure smooth and efficient communication between all stakeholders, taking care to popularize technical aspects for a non-IT audience.
  • Customer support: Provide direct support to customers, responding to their needs and ensuring an optimal user experience during the migration process.
  • Risk management: Identify technical and operational risks related to the project and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on project progress, any sticking points, and actions taken to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external IT, customer).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and analyze an IT architecture diagram, particularly in the context of file transfer infrastructures.
  • Basic knowledge of file transfer and the middleware used in this field, such as CFT (Connect for Transfer), SecureTransport.
  • Mastery of the main file transfer protocols: Pesit, SFTP, FTPS.
  • Understanding of security mechanisms and protocols associated with data transfer.
  • Fluent in English.
