The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will design, develop, and manage data pipelines using Kafka. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage Kafka-based data pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data engineering processes
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Influence best practices in data engineering processes
  • Maintain strong SQL skills and ability to write optimized queries
  • Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala, or .NET)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment of data pipelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in Data Engineering
  • Fluent English communication skills
