About the Role:
As a Operations Customer Expert at Nespresso, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized and professional communication. You will act as a brand ambassador, elevating every contact into an opportunity to create engagement with the brand, trust, and loyalty.
Your Responsibilities:
Serve customers in inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital platforms, identifying, understanding, and responding promptly to their specific needs and expectations.
Achieve high customer satisfaction by applying brand tone to every touch point and situation.
Use all available skills and information to obtain First Contact Resolution and prevent customers from calling more than once to resolve their issue.
Requirements:
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch/Flemish are required. A high school diploma or GED is also necessary. Additionally, customer service and sales expertise in B2C and/or B2B are preferred, as well as experience in multi-tasking and fast-paced environments utilizing multiple digital tools and software.
