The RoleWe're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team at our depot in Almancil - Faro. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Branch's Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
- Prepare and clean our campervans;
- Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
- Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
- You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
- You're fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
- You're eligible to work in Portugal, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
- You're available to work Part-Time (20 to 25 hours per week) during the week and on weekends and public holidays.
