As a Sales and Stylist Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized styling advice.

About the Position:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's products, services, and values.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing tailored fashion solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive, engaging in-store environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform your sales strategies and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, visual displays, and stock replenishment to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans, leveraging your expertise and product knowledge to drive revenue growth.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field (min. 2 years).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Fluent English language skills.
