We are seeking a highly skilled Validation Specialist to join our team at Phiture. As a key member of our validation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our systems.

As a Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing validation documentation, leading multiple validation projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement validation strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive validation documentation, including validation plans, risk analyses, and qualification protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address validation needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on validation-related matters.
  • Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of validation activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology) or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and office automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GAMP Annex 11 regulations.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
