This key role will focus on integrating Business Excellence in the Source to Pay team as Expert Digital Transformation and Process Management.
About the RoleThis challenging position involves improving procurement and supply chain processes through digital tools and technologies. If you have a keen interest in digital systems and want to apply your knowledge in a practical, impactful way, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
- Support the design and implementation of digitalization initiatives in procurement and supply chain management;
- Manage projects related to systems integration;
- Collaborate with various teams to drive continuous improvements across procurement systems and processes;
- Develop and document training programs for new and existing systems;
- Test new systems and tools to ensure they meet design specifications;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect requirements and standardize procurement processes;
- Contribute to change management efforts, ensuring that digital transformations are understood and adopted across departments;
- Manage and optimize E-auction processes, enhancing efficiency and transparency in supplier negotiations and procurement.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Requirements- Degree or Master in IT, programming engineering or comparable;
- 5 years of experience in Systems and Process Management, implementation of IT-related procurement systems (SAP, Ariba etc.);
- Lean know-how, SAP MM / FI knowledge;
- BW know-how is a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to manage international projects;
- Very good Analytics Skills, decision making capacity, self-management and target orientation;
- Very good teamwork & cross-functional ability;
- Flexibility & adaptability;
- Very good Communication in all organization levels;
- Conflict resolution oriented;
- Target oriented & process compliant.

Enercon Gesellschaft Mit Beschränkter Haftung offers a highly competitive salary package, estimated at around €85,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We believe in rewarding our employees fairly for their hard work and dedication.
