About the Role

The Technical Lead will manage a team of technical resources and develop/implement solutions for different industry sectors and various technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design and development of solutions within the team by following development processes (like TDD, BDD and code reviews);
  • Producing and testing code in short cycles with a high degree of automation;
  • Knowledge of product development best practices continuous delivery and testing;
  • Experience in designing and communicating high-level functional designs and solutions.

We are looking for someone who can effectively mentor younger software engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or similar;
  • More than 8 years of software development experience with proven coding skills in one or more of these technologies: C# Java and/or Python (Preference in C#);
  • Experience in mentoring younger software engineers;
  • AWS Kubernetes Microservices Development and relational Database experience: SQLServer Oracle will be valued;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Team spirit and good communication skills;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
