Deputy Program Manufacturing Leader
About You
As a Deputy Program Manufacturing Leader, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing engineering within new programs. Your main objective will be to ensure successful program execution and achieve all manufacturing program objectives (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Performance).
Key Responsibilities
• Technical interface with the customer and component suppliers on product manufacturability.
• Ensuring design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers.
• Managing prototype build and delivery analysis.
• Implementing production system and product changes related to cost, timing, or process.
Your Profile and Competencies
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry (min. 1-2 years) in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement with Lean principles application.
• Project management experience is a plus.
Requirements
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Proven technical skills on product and process.
• Ability to manage functional plant Manufacturing Engineering network.
• Familiarity with finance topics (costing, P&L, investments).
• English language required; Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
• Proficiency in CAD tools.
• Valid driving license.
