About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Market Launcher to expand Bounce's presence in Poland. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for signing local businesses onto our platform through a combination of inside and outside sales activities. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
• Grow Bounce's network and close supply gaps for Eastern European countries, focusing on Poland.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and other sales activities to prospective clients.
• Work closely with your manager to identify areas for expansion and develop strategies to achieve growth.
• Deliver high-quality leads and close sales deals from discovery calls to onboarding partners.

Requirements
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Experience with full-cycle sales in a startup environment, selling to small businesses is essential.
• A high-energy individual with a strong desire to learn and achieve top results.
• Comfortable with a high volume of sales calls and confident in cold approaching businesses.
