**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Warranty Specialist – Focus Business Rules. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our worldwide warranty and service support processes, contributing to the digitization of our operations.

Your responsibilities will include handling sensitive data related to individual customer warranty agreements, steering and implementing automation projects to improve efficiencies, and managing master data, user access, and set-up after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems.

You will work closely with after-sales partners, monitoring and identifying improvement needs, and aligning all business rules across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems.
  • Collaborate with after-sales partners for special cases.
  • Identify improvement needs and monitor damage codes and early warning codes.
  • Translate business rules effectively across platforms.

**Requirements**

  • Technical expertise in commercial vehicles or automotive industry.
  • Completed studies in a technical field or comparable qualification.
  • ERP system knowledge and MS Office skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
