Job Description
The CS Engineer Lead will be responsible for managing and developing the international Customer Success Engineer team at Agicap Global. This role focuses on automating Customer Success Tasks (CTA) to enhance efficiency and scalability across our operations globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Managers (KAM), Onboarders, and Account Managers (AM), to support their workflow and streamline customer onboarding processes.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the international CS Engineer team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Drive the automation of Customer Success Tasks (CTAs) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams (KAM, Onboarder, AM) to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Develop and implement project plans for ongoing automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead change management initiatives within the team, facilitating the adoption of new tools and processes.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Customer Success workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a skilled professional with the following qualifications:
• A degree from an engineering or business school.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with previous exposure to team management.
• Strong proficiency in Python and understanding of the REST API concept.
• Excellent project management and change management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize yourself, and communicate effectively.
