About the Role
YouLead - Digital Growth Agency is a strategic partner helping businesses unlock growth through strategy, technology, and RevOps. We're now looking for a skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team and drive technical onboarding, process design, data mapping, dashboard creation, and advanced configuration across the full HubSpot suite.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation of HubSpot for new clients
- Design, document, and optimize business processes across marketing, sales, and customer service
- Map key data flows and structures to ensure integrity and scalability across tools
- Build custom dashboards and reporting views to give clients clarity and control over their operations
- Configure advanced workflows, automation, custom objects, and integrations
- Deliver hands-on training and enablement sessions tailored to each client's teams
- Provide evolutionary support and ongoing improvements based on client needs and HubSpot updates
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience working with HubSpot in a technical or consulting capacity
- Strong understanding of HubSpot's full suite: Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes in a scalable, client-centric way
- Experience in dashboard creation, CRM data modeling, and KPI definition
- Ability to map, clean, and structure data for automation and reporting
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills – able to lead workshops and train teams
- Fluent in English & Portuguese
