Your expertise in beauty products and services will enable you to offer expert guidance and recommendations, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage consumer requests related to information and complaints through various channels
  • Provide excellent solutions, services, product, and beauty advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner
  • Maintain contact with other departments and redirect related cases and issues to relevant departments

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a keen focus on ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in the German language, with a minimum of C1 level proficiency
  • English language level of B2
  • Solid IT skills, including the ability to efficiently utilize reporting tools for customer interactions
