TN Portugal is looking for a skilled Pay and Benefits Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs across the EMEA region.
You will lead cross-functional teams to research, analyze, and recommend pay and benefits initiatives that drive business results and enhance employee satisfaction.
In this role, you will consult with HR Business Partners and corporate teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to address complex compensation and benefits challenges.
You will also be responsible for communicating key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and influencing decision-making processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Other key responsibilities include evaluating compensation and benefits programs, staying up-to-date with local legislation and trends, and making recommendations for changes and improvements.
