Main Responsibilities- Oversee and implement cybersecurity governance practices in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain IT security policies within the organization's scope.
- Monitor and formalize cyber controls to prevent potential threats.
- Report on entity conformity levels to top management and provide insights for improvement.
- Raise awareness among employees on security best practices and conformity rules.
We're looking for a candidate with a proven track record in cybersecurity (3-4 years) and previous experience in strategy or governance. Your expertise should include:
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 & NIST frameworks.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and ability to translate them into internal policies.
- General knowledge of IT and cybersecurity regulators' framework.
- Control skills to verify operations and procedures.
- Cybersecurity general knowledge, including risk frameworks and requirements.
- Risk opinion and decision-making abilities.
- Global IT knowledge, including major processes and assets.
- Business/IT Relationship understanding.
- Proficiency in English (B2).
