Job Description

We are looking for a Test Leader Fluent in French to lead software testers within the team. The role involves defining test strategy, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies, overseeing test design, execution, and defect management, and utilizing tools like Octane, JIRA, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and establish test strategy and test schedule
  • Identify testing risks and ensure proper follow-up
  • Lead and coordinate software testers within the team
  • Oversee test design, execution, and defect management
  • Ensure test coverage across APIs and SQL-based applications
  • Utilize Octane, JIRA, and Confluence for test management and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years' experience in Test activities, be able to build a test strategy and test schedule, manage one or more software testers, and work in an Agile environment. Knowledge of API, SQL language, risk identification, and follow-up is also essential.
