About the Role

The successful candidate will work as a Data Annotator for a renowned tech BPO company in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting language patterns, identifying meanings and patterns in the composition of words, and recognizing similarities and differences in various intentions expressed through virtual assistants.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analysing and interpreting language patterns to ensure accurate data annotation
  • Recognizing similarities and differences in various intentions expressed through virtual assistants to provide high-quality data
  • Delivering high-performance results to meet or exceed contractual service level agreements (SLA)
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure quality standards and key performance targets are met

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (C2) both verbal and written
  • Fluent proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field or a related discipline
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in grammar
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
