Job Title: Social Media Content Reviewer

In this role, you will be working as a Content Moderator for our client in Lisbon, Portugal. The job involves reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it meets the client's policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with client's policies;
  • Become knowledgeable about client's policies and community standards;
  • Provide and follow best practices to achieve client's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Propose improvement ideas to enhance client's KPIs;

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Spanish and English (minimum B2);
  • Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Experience in dealing with high volumes of online content;
  • Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday (mandatory).
