We're seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team at IG&H Portugal. As a key player in our company's growth, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing innovative cloud solutions for the pension and insurance sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture and Microsoft Azure services. With at least 3 years of experience in Cloud Architecture and Azure cloud services, you'll be well-equipped to lead the implementation, configuration, automation, and management of Azure cloud services. Compliance with security guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices is essential, as is monitoring and optimizing performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of our cloud solutions.
You'll work closely with junior cloud architects and other IT team members, providing technical guidance and coaching to ensure their success. Additionally, you'll maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and processes, staying updated on the latest Azure technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our cloud solutions and practices.
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, attractive bonus scheme, and permanent contract from day one. You'll also have the option to work part-time (32 hours, 4 days a week) or take advantage of our sabbatical opportunity after 3 years. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Architecture and Azure cloud services
Relevant Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-500
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Terraform)
