Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. As an essential member of our team, you will manage routine and complex financial tasks, from accounts payable and receivable to financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reimbursements.
  2. Maintain detailed financial records and perform accurate bank reconciliations.
  3. Prepare financial schedules, reports, and balance sheets.
  4. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  5. Analyze business performance using financial models and identify improvement opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.
  7. Reconcile general ledger accounts and manage intragroup transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting within an audit firm or international group.
  • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA), demonstrating expertise in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Proficient with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines and effectively handling multiple priorities.
