The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team in EMEA/APAC. As a key member of our regional operations team, you will partner with Managing Director and other regional leaders to ensure cross-functional collaboration, enable executive effectiveness, and support local employees and events.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate regional cadences to ensure alignment on strategy and approach, contribute to strategic discussions, and support regional executives with communications.
- Regional Program Management: Provide program management for executive-level regional projects and initiatives, ensuring regional financial performance and alignment across functions.
- Communication and Information Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion, prepare and distribute executive communications, and coordinate regional content and preparations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years experience in cross-functional project management, business operations or executive support.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English and Portuguese communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
